How do I return?

  • Visit
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any insurance.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 10 days from the date of delivery
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • In unused condition

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.
  • We cannot accept returns of any items purchased from any other store or website that sells our products. Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.


Please pack your return carefully - we are not responsible for damage or loss for return shipments. We highly recommend you ship with a service that provides tracking and insurance. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
